Things to Know about Rollerblades


One side of rollerblading is to have fun, feel the adrenaline rush, and many more. On the other hand is having broken bone, bloody wounds, or purple bruises.

And I'm quite confident you wouldn't like the latter effects. So, I'm gonna tell you a few things that you should know about rollerblading. And guess what? This won't gonna bore you while reading this. Why not?  I include videos for each sub-topics that you need to know from the people who really know how to roller-blades and not just wacko people who doesn't really know anything about it.

#1 Choosing the right Roller-blades



In choosing the in-line skates or roller-blades that you like, you need to consider things like; The size and fitting should be comfortable to avoid foot injuries; smooth gliding rollers; the features of the roller blades itself- rollers, bearing, break, etc., and to make the discussion clearer, I want you to watch this video that will say all the things that you have to know in choosing your roller-blades...





  #2 Basics on Balancing


As soon as I saw a pair of roller-blades I tried it right away! That was because of my high level of excitement, and guess what happen? I just got a few different wounds on my elbows, knees, hands, and soring bum.

And that was totally wrong. So before you try your shot to roll it, I want you to spend the next few minutes to watch this video from a professional roller-skater. It's totally worth watching because he's going to tell you what are the different ways to balance on roller-blades.
 



#3 How to stop on the roller-blades


It's quite easy to move on your roller blades, and there are different levels of speed but the highest speed recorded yet is 19mph for men and 16mph for women. When you attempt roller blading from the peak of the heel, that's the highest level, which is not the first thing you want to try. But what if someone push you from your back and you just go straight to a big woman holding an ice-cream? And yes, you have to stop.

In stopping on the roller blades, there few different ways on how you'll do it such as using the break(you need to know how to use it), T-Stop, Spin-twist, hand swing, and few more others...

#4 How to make turns on roller-blades


A lot of people find it easy to turn their roller blades into the directions that they want. But, how should you do it? There are 2 main ways. First, is to lift your 1 foot in front of the other and do it simultaneously for your both. Second, is to put your feet together and point them into left or right.

#5 How to spin around the roller-blades


This is one of the most challenging part of learning roller-blades, a lot of people found it hard but if you will practice more and more, sure you'll master it really well. At first you'll really find it complicated and as you continue spinning you'll find it easy (and puking). So, I'd rather show you the video before I bores you..
